I can't believe all these stupied rumors about Jon,
the comment that he had to shave he's chest for medical reasons,
where the hell do these people get these stupied ideas & think of these stupied rumors,
I would never even think of because they are so stupied.
He shaved he's chest for the movie, the leading man.
Let's focus on he's movies and he's music.
Robert, Jon has said in interviews the reason he waxed his chest was for his movie the leading man.
I believe he said the director suggested it because it looked better on film.
He has let his chest hair grow back since then.
I thought you would like to know that.
I just watched a copy of Yokohama concert from May 1996,
and noticed during "Always" that John has shaved that once hairy chest of his.
I heard this was done for medical reasons.

Hi, looks like there's a little confusion on this quote of Jon's.
It comes from the February issue of "Movieline" and this is what he said, but he did not mean that he was breaking up with his wife.
He mentioned the fact that he was married and monogomous and then gave the quote.
I take it to be his way of saying that he has absolutely NO plans to divorce her (if for no other reason than to keep his money,
although I am assuming that that part was really just a joke.)
In the February issue of "Interview" he states as well what a stupid thing it would be for him to do to ever leave his wife.
So it is safe to say that at the time of those interviews at least,
the marriage was doing fine.
Hope this clears things up for you.
Also does anyone know if "Little City" is still scheduled to come out in the US on Feb. 20th?

That interview was from the Movieline magazine and if you read the whole article you'd know that he was only joking!!
If you read the article in Interview magazine out the same month,
he says "Why would I get rid of my wife.... it would be a stupid move"
They're both just magazine interviews but I choose to believe the latter one.

Anyway, the song is called "Not fade away" I agree,
Jon sings it really well.
I hope this is the song your talking about.
Jon has recorded it on the limited edition 2 CD DA,
but I think thats the only official release Jon has done of this song.

Jon sang a song on his recent Solo tour,
which I had never heard before (it may have been a cover).
In Sydney, he actually opened the concert with this song and I was hoping he did the same format for the other concerts
( I know he sang it at the NY Supper Club.

He was so happy to perform with his boys, he had a smile on his face the entire night.
They played for like 4 hours straight, I had a great time.
I couldn't help to keep my eyes off Jon the entire night - I love him.
Richie also played two of he's songs off his solo album but Jon didn't play any of his solo's.
It had to be one of the best concerts I've seen and I've been to a lot.
Of course Jon was the best.
